Elmwood Park-based Spencer Savings Bank on Tuesday said it welcomed Jilna Patel as Financial Center manager. Patel is responsible for leading and managing customer relationship development, local community engagement and the day-to-day operations of the bank’s Edison financial center, located at 3900 Park Avenue.
“We are pleased to welcome Jilna to our Edison team! Our Edison financial center opened in December of 2023 and we are truly enjoying connecting with and supporting the community there, as well as the broader Middlesex County community. It’s been a great success,” George Celentano, executive vice president and chief retail officer. “We are excited to leverage Jilna’s two decades of experience serving the Edison community and her extensive knowledge of the banking industry. Patel brings over 20 years of banking industry experience to Spencer Savings Bank. Prior to joining Spencer, she held the position of assistant branch manager at a large national bank. She is skilled in financial management, branch operations, leadership and team development, relationship building and more.
